Artery supply of rectum⬇️
1-superior rectal artery=branch from inferior messntric artery
2-middle rectal artery =branch from anterior division of internal iliac artery
3-median sacral artery=terminal branch of abdominal aorta

Superior rectal artery⬇️
Supply
1-mucous membrane up to the anal valves
2-musculature of upper part of the recutm

يكون مكانه medial to the left urter
وينقسم الى left and right branch عند s3 vertebra

* كل جهة حتسوي برانچات وتخترق rectal wall حتى تسوي anastomoses عند submucosa coat of lower part of rectum

واكو branch ينزل للanal column
ويسوي anastomoses وية branches مال inferior rectal artery

Middle rectal artery ⬇️
Supply
* lower part of rectum (only superfiscial coat of rectum)

ويمشي downward and medially بالنسبة الى lateral ligament

Median sacral artery⬇️
Supply
* posterior wall of anorectal junction

Venous drainage of rectum💙

Rectal vein aries
1-internal venous plexuses of rectum and anal canal
2-external venous plexuses of rectum and anal canal

Submucousa coat and surround anal canal above hilton line

مكان الexternal venous plexus?
Bet. Perianal skin and subcutaneous part of external anal sphincter +surround anus

يمشي على طول lateral pelvic wall

Drain in internal iliac vein

Inferior rectal vein ⬇️
يجي من lower partcof plexus
يمشي باتجاه الischiorectal fossa

Drain in internal pudendal vein on the corresponding side
