Inferior fasica is part of pelvic fascia and is called anal fascia

Dead space is part of pelvic floor
وظيفته ينطي مساحة للتمدد الاعضاء التالية
Bladder+rectum +uterus + vagina
بسبب انه fasica is loose in this space
ولهذا الالتهاب ينتشر بسرعة بيناتهم

ملاحظة:اذا العضو يكون الة قابلية للامتداد مثل bladder+ rectum+vagina ف يحيطه loose fascia
وماطول هي اعضاء ف تكون visceral loose fascia
واذا يكون العضو مايتمدد مثل الprostate
ف يحيطه بvisceral dense fascia

يكون attach مالvisceral layer هو
1-middle of back of pubis
2-ischial spine

Anterior: arcuate or inf pubic lig
Posterior: coccyx+sacrotuberous liga
Lateral:ischiopubuc rami
+ischial tuberositis +sacrotuberous liga
