قبل ما يتكون الlumbosacral plexus
1-nerve to piriformis s1 s2
2-nerve to levator ani+ nerve to coccygeous+ nerve to external anal sphincter s4
3-splanchnic nerve s2s3s4

Common proneal nerver= siatic nerve
Main branch of lumbosacral plexus
1- pudendal nerve
2-siatic nerve

Ventarl+ dorsal division of lumbosacral plexus
1-siatic nerve l4,l5,s1,s2
2-post.cut.n.of.thigh s1,s2(vent)
S2,s3(dors)

الnerve الي يغذي الmiddl part of sphinctar anal externus
يسموه= perineal branch of sacral 4

Nerve to external ani sphincter supply = 1-the muscle of external anal sphincter
2-skin between anus and coccyx

Coccygeus plexus
متكون من S4
S5
Coccygeus nerve

Anaococcygeal nerves
Supply= skin in the coccyx region

Upper ganglion give branch to = inferior hypogastric plexus

Lower ganglion give branch to =1-median sacral artery

Ganglion impar give branch of = glomus coccygemus

*loose in =1-expansile structure(viscera)
2-floor pelvis
* dense= in not expansile structure(lateral wall)

Waldeyer fascia is extend from sacrum to the ampulla of rectum
