•chyle = thoracic duct rupture or malignant invasive (chylthorax)

باعوا اذا جان المريض عده اقل من 200cc fluid فمراح يكدر يشوفه بل plain x ray الة فوگ هل رقم‼️
فاذا اقل ما يبين الة بحالة

ومرات ماكو سبب لل calcification تقرر الpleura تسوي من وحدها🤣

Pneumothorax

هو عبارة عن هوا موجود بل pleural بين. Viceral و parietal
تصير بسبب اكو فتحة معينة دخل بيها الهوة يعني defect

•no lung hallmark peripheral to line
• peripheral space is radiolucent

طبعا حيجينا الكيس ولد طويل وضعيف تعرض لتروما ف اجه الطبيب وخطأ بالعلاج مالته وهو جان عده امراض بل lung من قبل بحيث تضعف ال pleura

Causes:

•spontaneous (طويل وضعيف وولد)
•trauma
•iatrogenic
•emphysema,cystic fibrosis ,interstitial lung disease

ف منكن تصيرله مضاعفات مثل؟
•Tension pneumothorax فراح اهنا يصيرله
Shifited to contralateral side and depressed hemidiphragm (deep sulcus)

•hydropneumothorax
