•cardiomegally
•pulmonary interstitial edema (Kerly B line)
•pulmonary alveolar edema
•pleural effusion

CHF can be seen in xray and CT and MRI

In CHF cause increase in cardio thoracic ratio
الطبيعي انه مساحة ال heart اقل من نصف مساحة الthoracic cage

•previous Pulmonary embolism
•DVT

الي اعراضه هي؟
•sudden Chest pain
•SOB
•decrease blood pressure
• loss of consciousness

ف تجي تسالهم على الهستري شيطلع ممكن؟risk factor?
•Trauma
•increase blood pressure ( hypertension)
•infection
•atherosclerosis
•smoking

زين شنو نفكر ندزه ؟
•CT angiography(With iv contrast)
•MRA
•Echocradiography

Pleural effusion

هو تجمع سائل وغالباً serous fluid بين؟
Parietal and visceral layer of pleura

وممكن نلكه بي؟

•Hemo= due to traume
•Purulent fluid= due to extension of pneumonia or lung abscess (empyema)
•chyle = thoracic duct rupture or malignant invasive (chylthorax)
Fluid and •air(hydropneumothorax)

باعوا اذا جان المريض عده اقل من 200cc fluid فمراح يكدر يشوفه بل plain x ray الة فوگ هل رقم‼️
فاذا اقل ما يبين الة بحالة
