1-negative = normal يحتاج بس screening بشكل روتيني
2-benign
سويتله mamograme وطلع اسود ال lesion هذا benign أي شيء lucint هذا benign
العلاج ايضا routine screening
3-probably benign = microlobulation
إذا طلعت bright هنا احتمالين benign or malignant شلون نفرق من خلال الأطراف
-speculated margin ➡️definitely suspicious
🔆irregular or microlobulated➡️border line
Microlobulated + with smooth outline ➡️ benign
Microcalcifcation=(5 spots + < 5mm
<1cm area
Macrocalcification ➡️begnin
❇️العلاج
-short interval -follow up (6month) or continued
-to assess change in morphology in shape ; size
❇️4+5+6
لازم biopsy سواء كان عنده family history أو لا
