هي الخلايا مال brain اصلها اسمه glial cells وبيها أنواع ووحدة من هاي الأنواع هي astrocytes
فهاي الخلية يصير بيها سرطان تصيب الyoung adult and old age
وهي تعتبر comonest in adult80%
فهي تعتبر
good prognosis in young(Stag1,2)
Bad prognosis in elderly (stage3,4)
طبعا يحيط الmass عبارة عن edema نوعها cytotoxic edema
وتكون موجود بل white matter
