يجيك المريض يوصف الالم عبالك دانضرب بسجينة براسي وتطول ثواني وبجهة وحدة تكون
وتروح وترجع
وتكون بدون سبب وغالباً اما stress او psychological disturbances
ويتعالج بل indomethacine

ومواصفاته؟
•primarily headache
•repeated attack of stabbing pain
•mostly in temporal region then parietal and behind the eye
•unilateral
•changing the site
يعني يروح يمنى وراها يسرى بس ماكو ثنينهم سوة
•lasting seconds
•treat by indomethacine

Indomethacine given in

•sunt and suna
•paroxysmal headache
•coital headache
•primary stabbing headache
