Course of schizophrenia

1-prodromal phase
هاي اهنا حتكون بفترة قبل ظهور الاعراض ويكون تغيير طفيف بسلوكة وماتكدر تجزم انه هو مريض psychotic
مثلاً شاطر كلش بالدراسة وعاف القراية
او صارت عده اهتمامات غريبة ومو جديدة عليه مثلاً متدين وصار العكس او هو معتدل وصار متشدد
وصارت عده افكار غير معتادة بس مصار عده hallucinations

ملاحظة:اذا جان عده 5/6 اشهر prodromal phase symptoms
وشهر واحد acute symptoms فهذا نشخصه schizophrenia

ومرات الدكاترة يتوهمون بهل فترة انه عده depression

2-psychotic or active phase of illness
اهنا حينفصل عن الواقع ويكوم يخرط ويهلوس. ويتخيل Positive symptoms such as hallucinations and delusions

3-in the residual phase
هي فترة بين كل episode ولخ
تبقى الاعراض بسيطة ومايرجع للnormal

Paranoid type

محتوى الdeluison اضطهادي
Have preoccupation with one or more delusions and/or hallucinations
وغالباً جنون العظمة grandeur or persecution


وغالباً يا بالثلاثينات يا اربعينات بالعمر
وهي تكون most common type of schizophrenia
And have better prognosis

Disorganised type

هو worse prognosis
اصغر من 25 سنة يبدي
اعراضة:
•Disorganised speech and behaviour
•flat or inappropriate affect
•sever thought disorder
•poor contact with reality

Catatonic type

يبقى ثابت عبالك خشبة ولمدة ياعات بدون ما يحس
Stay fixed position for long peroid
Ranging from sever retardation to excitation
•mutism is very common

ممكن يؤدي الى يأذي نفسه ويصيرلة malnutrition
وغالباً good prognosis
بس حيعاني من dehydration and malnutrition

Undifferentiated type

ماكدر اميز نمط واضح من الاضطراب
ولا وحدة من فوگ

Residual type

عنده residual symptoms
يعني يروحن الاعراض بس تبقى اعراض خفيفة كلش بس ميرجع لطبيعته
