طبعاً الاعراض ممكن تكشف التشخيص بس مرات ادز ‼️المريض على X-ray حتى اعرف منو sinus المتضررة وادزه على post.rhinoscopy حتى اشوف post.nasal drip ……


‼️⚠️في حالة المريض انطيته علاج وما استفاد راح ادزه على culture ومرة الخ X-ray

Treatment:

⚠️Paracetamol
⚠️antibiotic (amoxicillin or erythromycin)
⚠️Decongestion (antihistamine,OXY )
⚠️if failure use use :

Frontal 👉🏻trephine
Other sinus 👉🏻lavage
Maxillary 👉🏻saline douse (Amtrak washout)

👉🏻meningitis
👉🏻cellulitis
👉🏻abscess
👉🏻chronic sinusitis
👉🏻Corvus sinus thrombosis
👉🏻mucocele (adult=frontal,child=ethmoid)

✨ant 👉🏻cotton packing for 48h if failed use post.nasal packing for 72h +antibiotic

✨post 👉🏻fully catheter &post.nasal packing +antibiotic

إذا ذولي كلهم فشلوا واني كنت محدد نقطة bleeding (direct ) راح اكوي cuterilization لكن إذا ما كنت اعرف bleeding point راح اخدر المريض G.A و اسوي اكزامنيشن حتى أدورها ……… إذا كل هذا ما فاد راح اسوي ligation بواسطة endoscopy (ESPAL) لل :


✨maxillary.A
✨ethmoidal.A
✨internal carotid.A
✨sphenopalatine.A

🦧إذا ما فاد اسوي embolization

✨وطبعاً بهيجي حالة المريض خسر مقطورة دم فراح انطي blood transfusion & vit.K,C & aminocaproic


✨مرات يصير الbleeding بسبب septal devation فالعلاج راح يكون septal surgery
