🚨post.drip lead to pharyngitis
🚨anosmia ,hyposmia ,loss of tast

🚨very very very rare pain ,tender (mcq)

Diagnosis 👉🏻 anterior rhinoscopy but goldstander is CT (MCQ)

✨🩵 العلاج راح اعالج السبب مثلاً الانفكشن انطي antibiotic والحساسية anti-histamine اما الedema & rhinorrhea فراح انطي steroid بس تدرون انه ذولي كلهم ما يفيدون مثل الsurgery الي هي functional endoscopic surgery هذه العملية تخبل لانه عن طريقها راح تحسن ventilation وتشيل كلشي زايد وكذلك تحافظ وتعدل على mucocillary..

3-ethmoidal sinusitis = in between eye

4-sphenoidal sinusitis =retroorbital and occiptal
