Regarding auricular hematoma

A-Blood clots are usually seen over the wound
B- Due to laceration of the auricle
C-Recurrence is more expected with aspiration 72
D- Cartilage can survive without blood supply for 96 hours
E- The blood vessels of the cartilage are responsible for blood collection

The outer aspect of the auricle is more prone for collection of hematoma than the inner aspect because:

A-The shearing force is sufficient to tear blood vessels on that aspect
B- It is more prone to direct trauma
C-Tightly adherent skin on the outer aspect D-The number of blood vessels are more on the outer aspect
E-The skin bed of the side of the scalp act as a cushion to protect the inner aspect

✨🩵 العلاج راح اعالج السبب مثلاً الانفكشن انطي antibiotic والحساسية anti-histamine اما الedema & rhinorrhea فراح انطي steroid بس تدرون انه ذولي كلهم ما يفيدون مثل الsurgery الي هي functional endoscopic surgery هذه العملية تخبل لانه عن طريقها راح تحسن ventilation وتشيل كلشي زايد وكذلك تحافظ وتعدل على mucocillary..
