✅ Conciliation: 💡 A neutral third party offers solutions to help parties reach an agreement.

✅ Consumer Price Index🥗
- The Consumer Price Index (CPI) measures the change in prices of goods and services consumed by households.
- CPI has the base year of 2012 📆
- It considers changes in the prices of both goods and services. 💰
There are two types of CPI measured by different organizations:
a) CPI by Labor Bureau (Labor & Employment Ministry)

b) CPI by National Statistics Organization (MoSPI)
