Born in Haryana. The family didn’t want to welcome any more female children so they named their fourth girl child ‘Antim’. A customary discriminatory practice in village so that she be the last girl child.
On the contrary, the 18-year-old brought glory as India’s first U20 female world champion in wrestling and gave a blow to patriarchy.

✅ Portugal’s Health Minister resigned, because of the death of an Indian tourist.
✅ Marta Temido, the Health Minister of Portugal, resigned after she was criticised for her handling of the situation involving the death of a pregnant Indian tourist and the overall healthcare services in the country. Temido in a sentence said that she “no longer has the conditions” to exercise the position, which the prime minister accepted.
✅ Previously, she had adopted the policy of weekends off for the workers, without realising the shortage of staff in the emergency services.
