Formation and promotion of 10000 new FPOs:
-- 2019-20 to 2027-28
-- support - each FPOs - continued for 5 years from its year of inception
-- aggregation of Small, marginal and landless farmers
-- Central sector
-- FPCs registered under Companies act + Farmers cooperatives under Cooperative societies act
-- Financial assistance - Rs. 18 lakh per FPO for a period of 3 years
-- Equity grant upto Rs. 2000 per farmer member of FPO with a limit of Rs. 15 lakh
-- Credit guarantee facility -- upto Rs 2 Cr of project loan per FPO
-- Credit guarantee funds(CGF) --- maintained by NABARD + NCDC(National Cooperative Development Corporation)
-- Atleast 15% FPOs in aspiration district ------ atleast 1 FPO in each block of these district
-- minimum member in FPO -- 300(Plain area) & 100(NE and hilly area)
-- One district, One product by FPOs.
-- National project mgt agency(NPMA) -- Project guidance, maintenance of MIS, monitoring purpose
-- NAFED - Specialised FPOs ------ 5 honey FPOs -- UP, MP, Rajastan, Bihar, WB
