والخطوات هي كالآتي:
Experimental Steps
1. Fill the Container: Fill the glass basin with water (Water Medium).
2. Position the Mirror: Place the flat mirror inside the water at an inclined angle (Inclined Angle).
3. Direct the Light: Project a narrow beam of white light (White Light Beam) onto the submerged part of the mirror.
4. Observe Dispersion: Adjust the white paper screen to catch the reflected light and observe the spectrum of light (Visible Light Spectrum / Rainbow Effect)

اما سبب تحلل الضوء فهو سببين:
Refraction of Light (انكسار الضوء) عند انتقاله بين الوسطين (الهواء والماء)

Light Dispersion (تحلل الضوء)
الى ألوان الطيف السبعة (Spectrum Colors) نتيجة اختلاف أطوالها الموجية
