This letter focuses on opportunities for all year students to serve their community this upcoming summer.Additionally, the university will be facilitating about internship  for 3rd and 4th year students as part of this initiative.

❗️ሰላም ዉድ ተመራቂ ተማሪዎች❗️

የሀገር አቀፍ የተማሪ ህብረት አመራሮች በመውጫ ፈተና ዙሪያ ከተማሪ ህብረት አመራሮች የተሰበሰቡትን ጥያቄና አስተያየቶች ዙሪያ  በቀን 11/10/2016 ከትምህርት ሚኒስተር ጋር ባደረግነው ጠንከር ያለ ውይይት በከፊል እነዚህ ከታች የተዘረዘሩትን ምላሽና ማብራሪያ ተሰጥቶባቸዋል።

1. ሞዴል ፈተና ከረቡዕ ጀምሮ ለሁለት ቀን ለ24 ሰዓታት ለተማሪዎች ይለቀቃል።

- Exam link ስለሚሰጥ ተማሪዎች በሞባይላቸውም በኮምፒውተርም በያሉበት ለ24 ሰዓት ኔትወርክ ባለበት በየትኛዉም ስፍራ መከታተል ይችላሉ።

- ሞዴል ፈተናው ከዋናው ፈተና ውስጥ ተመርጦ የተዘጋጀ ነው።

2. Electrical and Computer Engineering Core competency በተመለከተ፣ ፈተናው Common competency (course) እንጂ stream competency (course) አይደለም። በሁሉም stream ባላቸዉ ዲፖርትመንቶች ሁሉንም አንድ የሚያደርጉት የጋራ ኮርሶች ላይ ብቻ ነው ፈተናው የሚዘጋጀው።

❗️ በአጠቃላይ እንደ ሁሉም ፈተናው የሚዘጋጀው curriculum based ሳይሆን competency based ነዉ ። ይህም  Attitude,knowledge,skill አንፃር ሊገለፅ ይችላል።

3. ከ2015 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ የሚመረቅ ማንኛውም ተማሪ ዩኒቨርስቲ የገባበት አመት ከግምት ውስጥ ሳይገባ የመውጫ ፈተና መውሰድ አለበት። ምክንያቱም ከ2015 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ለሚሰጥ ዲግሪ ቀጣሪዎች የመውጫ ፈተና ውጤት ይጠይቃሉ።

4. የመውጫ ፈተና ላይ የሚቀመጡ ተማሪዎች የሚጠበቅባቸውን (የካሪኩለሙን) ሙሉ ኮርስ ያጠናቀቁ ወይም የመጨረሻውን ወሰነ ትምህርት የተመዘገቡ እና የሴኔት የምረቃ ውሳኔን የሚጠብቁ ተማሪዎች ናቸው።

- ስለዚህ የኮርስ "F" ጉዳይ ያለባቸውን ተማሪዎች ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር በመመሪያው መሠረት የሚያስተናግዳቸው ይሆናል።

5. የፈተና አወጣጥን በተመለከተ ተቋሙ ምንም እንኳ የተለያዩ  ከመጀመሪያዉ እና ሁለተኛዉ  ትዉልድ ዩኒቨርስቲዎች የተዉጣጡ  መምህራን ጋብዞ የፈተና ጥያቄ እንዲያዘጋጁ ቢያደርግም ጥያቄዎቹ ከCoursu objective እና Competence Standard ዉጪ ሊሆኑ አይችሉም።ይህም ማለት ተማሪዎች መምህራን ከሰጧቸዉ PPT ይልቅ አጠቃላይ በእያንዳንዱ Course ማወቅ ያለባቸዉን መሠረታዊ እዉቀት  ማግኘታቸዉን እርግጠኛ መሆን አለባቸዉ።

6. የዉጤት አገላለፅና ከSoftware ጋር በተገናኘ ከአምናዉ የተለየ ነገር የለም።

7. በዉስን ዩኒቨርስቲዎች ብቻ የሚሰጥ Department በተመለከተ የፈተናዉ ጥያቄ ከነኚሁ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የተወጣጡ ምህራን ቀርቦ እንዲሁም በMOE Committee ተገምግሞና Refine ተደርጎ ይዘጋጃል።

❗️ Graduation Ceremony በተመለከተ በየግቢው የሚያልቅ ጉዳይ ነው።

★ የፈተናው የጊዜ ሰሌዳ በየግቢው ተልኳል። Username and Password also.

NB:- ተመራቂ ተማሪዎች በexit ዙሪያ  ብዥታ እንዲያጠራ በMOE የተዘጋጀ በExit ፈተና ዙሪያ የተዘጋጀ መመሪያ ከተቋሙ Website ገብቶ እንዲያነቡ ይበረታታል።

-የመውጫ ፈተና አላማዉ ተመራቂ ተማሪዎች በጊቢ ቆይታቸዉ ተገቢዉ እዉቀት ማግኘታቸዉን እንዲሁም ገበያዉ (Market) የሚፈልገዉን እዉቀትና ክህሎት መጨበጣቸዉን ማረጋገጥ ነዉ።

❗️የመውጫ ፈተና (Exit Exam)  የተመለከተ አጭር ተንቀሳቃሽ ምስል

የይለፍ ቃል (Password) እንዴት እንቀይራለን የሚለውን ጨምሮ በፈተና ወቅት መከተል ያሉብንን መሰረታዊ ነጥቦች ይዳስሳል።

❗️ከቀየርን የምንቀይረው የይለፍ ቃል (Password) ልናስታውሰው የሚገባ መሆን አለበት!

▪️National Exit Exam 2016 portal Guideline
