የኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ምርጫ ቦርድ እስከ ሚያዚያ 24 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም. ለሚያከናውነው የዩኒቨርስቲ ተማሪዎች የመራጮች ምዝገባ የድረ-ገጽ ላይ የመመዝገቢያ አማራጭ ያዘጋጀ ሲሆን፤ የመመዝገቢያ መሥፈርቱም ከታች ተመልክቷል።

• ለምዝገባ በዩኒቨርስቲው ኔትዎርክ ላይ መሆን
• ስልክ ወይም ኮምፒውተር (ላፕቶፕ/ ዴስክቶፕ)
• ብሔራዊ መታወቂያ
• ብሔራዊ መታወቂያ ሲያወጡ የወጣበት የስልክ ቁጥር

የዩንቨርስቲ ተማሪዎች የድረ-ገጽ ላይ ምዝገባ ሂደት ቅደም ተከተል:-
1. በመራጭነት ለመመዝገብ የሚያስችለውን የመመዝገቢያ ድረ-ገጽ https://uni.mirchaye.nebe.org.et (በማንኛውም ብራውዘር በመጠቀም ማስገባት)፣

2. ቀጥሎ በሚመጣላችሁ ገጽ ላይ ለእናንተ የሚስማማዎትን ቋንቋ ይመርጣሉ፣

3. በመቀጠል “በፋይዳ አማካኝነት ወደ መለያ” የሚለውን ይጫናሉ፣

4. የፋያዳ ገጾ ሲመጣ ከፋይዳ መታወቂያችሁ ላይ 16 አኅዝ ያለውን ቁጥር (FAN) ማስገባት እና ከፋይዳ በስልክዎ የሚላከውን ባለ ስድስት አኅዝ የአንድ ጊዜ የማረጋገጫ ቁጥር (OTP) ያስገባሉ፣

5. ከፋይዳ ያገኛችሁት መረጃ ትክክል ከሆነ “ይቀጥሉ” የሚለውን በመጫን “መገለጫዎን ይጨርሱ” በሚለው ገጽ ውስጥ ስም፣ የአባት ስም፣ የአያት ስም በማስገባት በአካባቢው የሥራ ቋንቋ ይመዘግባሉ። የአካል ጉዳት ካለ ከዝርዝሩ በመምረጥ አፊዳቪት በመፈረም “ያስገቡ” የሚለውን በመጫን ቋሚ የመራጭነት መታወቂያዎን ያገኛሉ፤ ይህ መታወቂያ ቋሚ የመራጭነት መታወቂያዎ ሲሆን፤ መታወቂያዎን በስላክዎ አውርደው ወይም አትመው ሊይዙት ይገባል፣

6. ቋሚ የመራጭነት መታወቂያ አገኙ ማለት ምዝገባዎ ተጠናቅቋል ማለት አይደለም፤ በመሆኑም “7ኛው ጠቅላላ ምርጫ ይመዝገቡ” የሚለውን ትጫናሉ፤

7. በመቀጠል ድምፅ የምትሰጡበትን የምርጫ ጣቢያ ለማግኘት በመኖሪያ አድራሻዎ ወይም የሚገኙበትን ክልል፣ ዞን፣ ወረዳ፣ ቀበሌ ካለ ከሚመጣልዎ ዝርዝር ውስጥ ይመርጣሉ፣

8. ከመረጡት ወረዳ ወይም ቀበሌ ሥር ከሚገኙ የምርጫ ጣቢያ ዝርዝር ውስጥ ለእርሶ የሚቀርቦትን ለማግኘት “ይፈልጉ” የሚለውን በመጫን በመረጡት አድራሻ ሥር የሚገኙ ምርጫ ጣቢያዎች ዝርዝር ያገኛሉ፣

9. በመቀጠል ካገኙት ዝርዝር ውስጥ ለእርሶ የሚቀርቦትን በመምረጥ በመረጡት ምርጫ ክልል በኗሪነት ያሎትን ቆይታ በዓመት እና በወር ያስገባሉ፣

10. በመቀጠል ተማሪ መሆናችሁን የሚገልጸውን የተማሪ መታወቂያችሁን የፊት እና የጀርባ ገጽ ያያይዛሉ፣

11. በመቀጠል ያስገቡትን መረጃ ትክክለኛነት የአፊዳቪት ሣጥን ውስጥ በመፈረም “ያረጋግጡ” የሚለውን በመጫን ለምርጫው ራሶትን ይመዘግባሉ፣

12. በመቀጠል ለድምፅ መስጫ ቀን ይዘው የሚመጡትን ለአንድ ጊዜ የሚያገለግል የምርጫ ካርድ ከሲስተሙ ያገኛሉ።
