በቡራዩ የሚገኘው የኢትዮጵያ ተሰጥኦና ታለንት ማበልጸግያ ትምህርት ቤት ከሚሰጣቸው አገልግሎቶች መካከል አንዱ ተሰጥኦና ታለንት ያላቸውን ወጣቶች በመለየት መዝግቦ የተለያዩ ድጋፎችን ማድረግ ነው።

በዚሁ መሰረት በኢኖቬሽንና ቴክኖሎጂ ሚኒስቴር በጸደቀ የተሰጥኦና ተውህቦ ማዕቀፍ /Gifted And Talented Education Framework/ መስፈርት መሰረት ልዩ ተሰጥኦ ያላቸው ወጣቶችን በመመዝገብ አወዳድሮ የልየታ ስራ በመስራት የአጭር ጊዜ ሥልጠናዎችን መስጠት ይፈልጋል።

ተወዳዳሪ የሆኑ ወጣቶች 3 ደረጃ ያለውን የባለተሰጥኦነት መስፈርት የሚያሟሉ ሆነው በሚከተሉት የስልጠና ዘርፎች ተመዝግበው ከFfoundation of Excellence ጀምሮ እስከ Global Innovation የሚዘልቅ የአጭር ጊዜ ስልጠና ለመውሰድ ፍላጎት ያላቸው እንዲሆኑ ይጠበቃል።

በተጨማሪም ተሰጥኦ መስፈርቱን አሟልተው የሚገኙ ወጣቶች ተማሪዎች ከሆኑ ለመምህራኖቻቸውና ለወላጆቻቸው እንደየአስፈላጊነቱ የተሰጥኦ ባለጸጎች አያያዝ ስልጠና ይሰጣል።

የኢፌዲሪ ቴክኒክና ሙያ ስልጠና ኢንስቲትዩት መቀመጫውን አሜሪካ ካደረገው ኦፕስዋት OPSWAT Academy ጋር አብሮ ለመስራት ስምምነት አካሂዷል፡፡
በዚህም መሰረት በሳይበር ደንነነት (Cyber Security) ላይ ያተኮረ የስኮላርሺፕ ዕድል ለኢንስቲትዩቱ ሰልጣኞች፣ አሰልጣኞችና ሠራተኞች ሰጥቷል፡፡ ይህንን ዕድል ለመጠቀም፡-
1. የአይሲቲ፣ ኮምፒውተር ሳይንስ፣ ኤሌክትሪካል ቴክኖሎጂና መሰል ዘርፎች ላይ የተማሩ ወይም በመማር ወይም በሥራ ላይ ያሉ መሆን ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡

Dear ICT Academy Instructors, Students, and Partners,
We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the Huawei ICT Competition 2025–2026 Northern Africa. This annual competition provides an international platform for students and teachers to showcase their ICT knowledge, improve practical skills, and foster innovation.
🌍 About the Competition
Since its launch in 2015, the Huawei ICT Competition has grown into one of the largest and most influential ICT talent events worldwide. Last year, more than 11,000 students from the Northern Africa Region participated, demonstrating the strong interest and rising influence of this initiative.
The ICT Practice Competition is designed to assess students’ technical foundation and their ability to apply ICT knowledge in real-world scenarios. It covers three major tracks:
1. Network Track – Datacom, Security, WLAN, DCN
2. Cloud Track – Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI)
3. Computing Track – OpenEuler, OpenGauss, Kunpeng
