Dear first year students

Those students whose academic status is "under consideration" can submit an application letter requesting probation (continued warning) if they want to continue to the second year and be assigned to a college/department as per his/her CGPA. If you do not want to continue, your "under consideration" status will be changed to "dismissed," and you can rejoin with the new students 2025/26 batch in the second semester next year.

For those students with DO grades and whose academic status is not determined yet, your case will be reviewed when you come for registration and will solved. If your grades or academic status qualify you, you will be placed in a college/department according to your CGPA.
