Recent frequency table changes

For the STRIX HMP unified v1.0 and v.1.1 kernel encountered a hotspot bug on the Android 10 ROM, because some ROMs already use the Q tag WiFi driver.

I apologize, I will release the STRIX kernel specifically for Android 10 soon.

I apologize for the next kernel update, which is a bit long, once again I apologize 🙏🙏

Possible for the next update, the notification LED and touchscreen tree will change to common, so there are some ROMs that might not be able to display the notification LED because Their device tree has still not been replaced to the common or hasn't been updated :)

And for further updates, the kernel will be rebased using the kernel.lnx.4.4.r42-rel branch or LA.UM.8.2.r2-xxxxx-sdm660.0. I apologize if there are some features missing for an update next :)

* Display :
- Add HDR support from Pocophone F1
- Add partial update
- Add tear check
- Ack disabled property
- Reset minimal brightness to 0

* Fingerprint for FPC1020 & Goodix3258 drivers :
- Respect capacitive keys state from Xiaomi msm8996 device
- Honor proximity state from Xiaomi msm8996 device

* The possibility for LEDs to be made separately for each kernel file.

This change might be canceled or it might be an update in the STRIX HMP Q v1.3 kernel.
