1. Join the Territorial Defense. Organize self-defense groups and maintain communication with existing groups.

2. Organize mutual aid communities. Organizing should be the basis of common life in a situation of growing danger. Form liaison groups in your homes, streets, neighborhoods, with coworkers, with your student group, and more. Identify collection points if electricity and communications are cut off. See how to get there early. Such groups can perform a number of tasks: information, communication, assistance, order control, maintaining the capacity of the enterprise, medical care, etc.

3. Support local unions and existing communities. Join the established structures and organize communication between them.

4. Join volunteer organizations. Help people on the street, leave all your incommunicability and social stress and approach those who need any help. Inform and reassure people on the streets

5. Distribute information about bomb shelters. Unsubscribe from unnecessary sources of information, use only proven. Actively fight against misinformation and encourage everyone to do so.

The main task at the moment is to organize and build strong communities, communication and control over information. This must be on the agenda of all left-wing and democratic forces. Organize communities, join territorial defense.
