β€œThe foundation of all mental illness is the unwillingness to experience legitimate suffering.” - C.G. Jung

Be willing to suffer, or be willing to live a life as nothing more than cattle for the global hegemonic system that presses it's thumb down on us.

(((Researchers))) Find That Eating a Certain Protein Is Related to Developing Depression

Newly released research confirms the link between a certain amino acid called proline and depression. Proline is
a nonessential amino acid and is found in
grass-fed beef, pasture-raised chicken, gelatin, bone broth, organ meats like liver, and cage-free egg yolks. According to the study, a diet rich in proline is linked to an increased risk of
depression.

What are the odds that the healthiest possible protein sources in existence would just happen to be exact ones that are making you depressed (and not this sick, upside down, demented society)?

Do you trust the (((science???)))

A simple, but elegant, masterpiece on the importance of building big traps. They are the calling card of the strong. Someone once said, β€œI’ve met weak men with big arms, but I’ve never met a weak man with a big neck.”
Strength Culture exists in many forms, from encouraging health and weight training in your family, Church mentoring, local Active Clubs, and even in your workplace.

Don't wait for somone else make a difference.  It all starts with you.

This is me and my 5th son.  This picture was taken shortly after I pulled the transmission out of my truck for repair.  My wife was pregnant with our 6th and she passed this one to me even though I was covered in grease and blood.  She took this picture after she came back.  It's one of those that stands out to me and helps define my core values.

Never outsource your life.  I don't know everything and often go into projects dumb and blind.  But I swear to you, if man made it... Man can fix it.  The things our ancestors created with less than we have now....

You are the pillar, the foundation, the Patriarch... A man should be strong in all aspects of his life , first and foremost he must master himself.  All of your weaknesses, fear, and uncertainty are a battle that you must fight against yourself before you can conquer the arrows that the world will fire at you.

You are never alone.  The rulers of the world want to isolate you.  They want you to feel like you're not normal for wanting to be strong, healthy etc... They are afraid.

Be the last bastion.
Today I walked around my shop to collect a few things for an improvised workout. I ended up with some 35 ton rated shackles, stainless round stock and a ship engine exhaust valve.

Look around your work area and put in some extra exercise every day. Hand and forearm training done daily will give you old man strength that has really started to dissappear amongst men.
Everything causes blood clots and heart failure all the sudden. Except....
We've all heard that things aren't built like they used to be.  Looking at modern man's model of quick, fast, and in a hurry it's no surprise that quality in so many things has disappeared.

Quality in material things has been replaced by whatever is cheap and good enough to do the job just long enough for someone to get paid.  Quality in people has been reduced to a stupored shell that does just enough to provide for carnal worldly desires bouncing around to whatever feels good at the moment.

Be different.  Take the time to build a lasting mark during your life.  Build your faith, yourself, your family... Built to last.  It won't be fast.  It will be a struggle.  It will be built on a strong foundation through all of it.

When you're old you'll either lay there alone or you'll look around at everything with a smile on your face.  A life well lived.
