If you’re struggling with staying on the path, your lifestyle may be too comfortable.

You need to voluntarily and intentionally suffer, stew, and sweat in your discomfort zone multiple times per day.

Everyday.

It’s a very, very small price to pay, but in the end it's all worth it.

Thx for 3k subs guys! Get out and suffer to success.
Working on ships I find all sorts of interesting things. This Russian crew made these from scraps off the ship.

You have no excuses, bolt flanges together if you have to. Lift something
I've talked before about how much of a scam the supliment industry is, the cookie cutter have your own supliment brand is one of my favorite examples.

Big nosed companies will go out and sponsor goys to sell their image and have it plastered on useless items like this. There are countless versions of this, most of them are made by the same companies. Beast Pharm, Viking Supps, etc.

Avoid this garbage as if it's poison. You could build an awesome gym with the money it cost to buy supliments every month and be far better off for it.
Inflation and food prices are going up. We're all feeling the effects of it in some ways. But one thing I've noticed that hasn't changed. This one food that is abundant and no one really eats it. You can buy them in bulk and have a quick to make, easy to eat protein that I really enjoy.

Chicken hearts are currently $1.29 lb where I live. As an organ meat, they're obviously incredibly good for you. If you're building on a budget, give these a try.
Workout trends are continuously changing. And it's often thought that every new trend is better than the previous one. History proves otherwise.

What all successful lifters from each generation have in common is that they stayed dedicated to exercising regularly and eating well. And this should tell us that a lot of exercise methods can work if done with effort and consistency.

A lot of times when people fail, it's not because they didn't try to change their lifestyle; it's because the lifestyle changes they made were unrealistic or misguided.

Grow beyond trends, fads, and gimmicks.
Buy a log press, get used to it and get comfortable with it, because if you’re using a barbell all the time you're only building gym muscles.
Many people I've talked to with a background of always working out with normal gym equipment pick up a strong man log and fail miserably at it.  The weight didn't change but the movements and how the weight is handled definitely does.
Building size, and building muscle that can be useful are very different.  You can have giant gym arms, but without a strong core to back it all up, you're looking at disappointment and potential injury.
That's why I exercise with my log above all other things.  You can build a good routine without a bunch of equipment solely around a 100 lb log (plus weights).  Replace your bar with a log and you're doing front squats, deadlifts, clings, curls, overhead press, seated press and much more.
There's a difference between lifting a lot of weight vs lifting weight with power and explosion.

A four-inch increase in waist size increases a man's odds of having a low testosterone level by 75%; for comparison, 10 years of aging increased the odds by only 36%. All in all, waist circumference was the strongest single predictor of developing symptoms of testosterone deficiency.

Testosterone keeps your bones strong and boosts the production of red blood cells. It also plays an important role in enhancing mood and improving concentration.

As a man, one of the most important things you can do is keep your testosterone levels high. Your health and longevity depend upon it. If you are overweight, begin right now to make changes.
