Throughout history and in many cultures, children have been extensively involved in military campaigns. But in the last several decades they have been shielded early on or all together. Some obese cat lady with no children lobbies against us, "think of the children!". Here's my favorite, "your kids are allowed around guns???".

For their protection, if at all possible, teach your children to own and maintain a battle rifle. Teach them to cover and move, to conserve ammunition, and to blend in with their surroundings. Have "war games", teach them to lead, and to follow commands. This is good family bonding, and team building. It may save their life's one day, maybe even yours...
How would you like to get injured more often and develop some awesome muscular imbalances? Then keep doing only bilateral exercises and avoid all single-leg exercises.

Or you could throw this around. The Clean-Grip Reverse Lunge.

This one exercise will help you with a lot of your big lifts. You'll destroy your weak points, and be able to squat and deadlift more.

Today my colleague and I came upon a fresh car accident. We pulled over and assisted a trapped woman in her car until paramedics arrived. She wasn't wearing a seat belt and the back of her head was opened up like a can from where the airbag launched her into the roof of the car. Her legs were twisted and broken, her feet were trapped between the dash and the frame of the car door.

There were at least a dozen grown ass men standing there gawking at us on their phones while they were sending it all on social media. There is no reason the 2 of us had to be the first ones in that car, we were on the other side of the highway. Other people were already there. But that's what sets us apart from them.

It is the duty of each of us, to not stand idle, to not pass up when people need help. Our world is badly broken due to weak little men who stand around and do nothing, while we come through to fix things.
Men of action realize the cost of inaction.

A man who can see clearly that which must be done. From this vision, he is motivated to push through the discomfort that faces him to attain his goal.
If you’re struggling with staying on the path, your lifestyle may be too comfortable.

You need to voluntarily and intentionally suffer, stew, and sweat in your discomfort zone multiple times per day.

Everyday.

It’s a very, very small price to pay, but in the end it's all worth it.
