☢️ Will Russian Tactical Nukes in Belarus Become a Game Changer?

The historic – and unacceptable – deployment of U.S. nuclear weapons in several European NATO states as well as the recent announcement by Britain of supplying depleted uranium weapons to Ukraine is the prologue to Russia’s decision to place tactical nukes in Belarus.

🇸🇾 The war in Ukraine was planned to extend to Syria. Leaked secret documents revealed the Ukrainian military were planning to attack Russian troops stationed in Syria in an effort to distract Russia and cause losses and casualties far from the battlefield in eastern Europe.

The U.S. may have ordered Zelensky to halt the planned attacks on Russians in Syria💥, writes Steven Sahiounie.

🐲 Imagine President Xi Jinping mustering undiluted Taoist patience to suffer through a phone call with that warmongering actor in a sweaty T-shirt in Kiev while attempting to teach him a few facts of life – complete with the promise of sending a high-level Chinese delegation to Ukraine to discuss “peace”.

There’s way more than meets the discerning eye obscured by this spun-to-death diplomatic “victory” – at least from the point of view of NATOstan.

The question is inevitable: what’s the point of this phone call? Very simple: just business 💼

The Beijing leadership is fully aware the NATO proxy war against Russia in Ukraine is the un-dissociable double of an American direct war against the Belt and Road Initiative.

💢 The Australian government is finally responding to growing public protests to get Julian Assange freed from his British torture dungeon.

Distinguished independent journalists Dave Lindorff and Ron Ridenour gave their takes in this interview with Finian Cunningham.

Julian Assange is being persecuted because he exposed the U.S. and British war crimes in Iraq and Afghanistan and countless other forms of corruption by Washington and its lackey Western allies. Assange is being buried under concrete walls because he exposed the truth of corruption that lies at the heart of the U.S. government.

What’s at stake is hugely vital. Not only one good man’s freedom but the entire right of free speech and independent journalism and the right of the public to know. If Julian Assange’s persecution is permitted then we can say goodbye to basic human rights 🤥 The degradation of Western media is rapidly underway as the Assange case illustrates. But it could get a lot worse if the injustice against Assange is allowed.

🔻 Dave Lindorff explains how public pressure demanding the release of Julian Assange is pushing the Australian government to finally, belatedly, make representations on getting him out of detention. There is a worldwide movement in support of Assange.

🔻 Ron Ridenour says that the Western public needs to ramp up the protests in a way similar to the 1960s movement for U.S. civil rights and anti-Vietnam war.

Ridenour and Lindorff condemn the Western mainstream media for selling out Assange and not helping to amplify the pressure for justice.

🌏 Whilst the structural shift to a multipolar world is now well understood in geo-political terms, its other dimensions are little noticed.

The media focus is so much centred on the military situation in Ukraine that it is easily overlooked that President Putin has also been fighting a financial war – a war on liberal economic theory; and a diplomatic war for the support of the non-West and from key strategic allies, China and India.

Xi and Putin are riding multiple ‘horses’: One may need a touch of the spur; another reined back a tad 🐎🐎🐎

🚨 This week saw the ninth anniversary of a shocking massacre of 42 civilians in Odessa by Ukrainian fascists. Only weeks prior to that, the fascists’ political leaders had carried out a violent coup in Kiev.

The barbarity of the Odessa atrocity was unspeakable but emblematic of the NATO-backed fascist regime that seized power illegally in February 2014.

Significantly, and shamefully, the Western media and governments hardly mention that horror, or if they do, they tend to distort the incident and typically, yet baselessly, accuse Russia of disinformation.

42 people were murdered in the Trade Unions building massacre. Not one attacker was ever prosecuted. The Kiev regime refused to carry out any adequate investigation.

However, the horror of that day was a turning point for many Ukrainians and Russians. It revealed the hideous nature of the regime that had seized power over the country and its vile fascist hostility toward Russia.

This is the regime that was brought to power by Washington and its NATO partners. Since 2014, it has been armed and built up to be a war machine to aggress Russia and obliterate all cultural connections with Russia.

The massacre in Odessa should be remembered for the sake of the victims that day. But also remembered because it helps explain the background of how the present U.S.-led NATO proxy conflict in Ukraine with Russia has come about.

For that reason, Western news media and their governments chose to studiously ignore the Odessa massacre.

Their shameful silence is necessary in order to conceal the criminal complicity of the West in Ukraine’s deadly turmoil

🚨 Just as the Western public is growing increasingly skeptical of the U.S.-led proxy war against Russia and the insane military and financial aid being pumped to prop up the corrupt Kiev regime, we then see a daring assassination drone attack on the Kremlin.

Russia called it an act of terrorism to kill President Vladimir Putin. The Kremlin has also pointed the finger at Washington for authoring the assassination bid as well as the Kiev regime for having a hand in it.

The White House denies any American role in the air raid as does Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky. Western media are reporting claims that Russia may have carried out a false-flag terror attack on itself to justify ramping up military force in Ukraine. Those claims echo those put out earlier by the West about Russia blowing up the Nord Stream pipelines under the Baltic Sea last September. In both cases, the notion of Russian false-flag attacks seems absurd.

Would Russia really risk making itself look incompetent by staging an audacious aerial raid on the seat of political power in its capital?

The longer the Kiev regime survives, the worse the danger persists for Russia from uncontrolled instability on its border 🚧
