I. Before ordering artwork here, you are required to follow @stratcs first.
II. Payment must be made in advance to avoid Hit and Run. Accepted payment methods currently include DANA, Gopay, and Qriss, with applicable fees.
III. Fill in the order format correctly and in detail to ensure the results meet your expectations.
IV. Artwork will commence after payment is made. Processing time varies from 1 to 10 days depending on complexity and the seller's schedule. Please be patient.
V. We do not always accept rush orders; slots for rush orders are limited. Once filled, we will no longer accept rush orders. We will notify buyers immediately when rush orders reopen. Note: you can see fee for rush order here.
VI. We only accept revisions for minor adjustments. For larger revisions, please refer here 🛠.
VII. For buyer-provided photos, use only free images, not from paid platforms. Photos should be of high quality (HD) and submitted as files.
VIII. If you submit the order format as "fix order," you cannot cancel the entered format. Submitting the order format confirms that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
