Additionally, exercise releases endorphins, the body’s natural "feel-good" hormones, which can improve mood and reduce stress.
While it’s important to exercise, it’s also crucial to listen to your body and rest when needed. Over-exercising can lead to injuries or exhaustion. A balanced routine of exercise and rest is key to a healthy life.

قال رسول الله ﷺ:«خَيْرُ الدُّعَاءِ دُعَاءُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ، وَخَيْرُ مَا قُلْتُ أَنَا وَالنَّبِيُّونَ مِنْ قَبْلِي: لا إِلهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ، وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ»
