The General concept of NFP is not depends only on Nonfarm Payrolls data but with the combination of Unemployment rate and Manufacturing Payrolls or Average Hourly Earnings!.
That can be as Expect, Better or Worse than Expected!
The concept is
📌If the NonFarm Payrolls data released is higher than Previous and Better than Expected this will be the Indication of USD to be Strong, but its rate of impact in the market will depend on
(i) Unemployment rate, that if the released is Lower and Worse than Expected this will be Good Indication of the Economy( Dont forget about the Wages/Salaries too)!! Hence will Strengthen the +ve impact to USD and Market Reaction as well!
(ii) If Manufacturing Info's released is Higher and Better than Expect wll indicate the +ve impact on USD!!!
Then XXXUSD- SELL
USDXXX-BUY
The Opposite of Above is Weaken USD!!
