Let's consider a new phrase with the same property!

"Не надо меня уговаривать" and "Меня не надо уговаривать"

Let's look at the translation of these words separately:

Не (ne) - Not

Надо (náda) - Need

Меня (menyá) - Me

Уговаривать (ugavárivat') - Persuade
