IT Park Ventures: 2025 Results Summary and 2026 Strategic Priorities
2025 marked a milestone year for IT Park Ventures and an important step in the development of Uzbekistan’s venture ecosystem. In less than a year of operations, the Fund built a portfolio of nearly 70 technology startups from Uzbekistan and international markets, advanced a pipeline through investment and partnership initiatives, and established sustained collaboration with leading regional and global venture participants.
In 2026, the Fund will continue active investments and implement a targeted budget allocation across priority verticals, including AI, GameDev, and other technology sectors. The Fund will also strengthen support for portfolio companies (including growth and international expansion) and establish joint venture funds with international partners to attract long-term international private capital and expand co-investment mechanisms.

Uzum 130 million dollardan ortiq mablag‘ jalb qildi
O‘zbekistondagi yirik texnologik ekotizimlardan biri — Uzum strategik investitsiya raundini o‘tkazib, O‘mon suveren investitsiya tuzilmalaridan 130 million dollardan ortiq investitsiya jalb qilganini ma’lum qildi.
Natijada kompaniya investorlari qatoriga Oman Investment Authority ham qo‘shildi. Shuningdek, investitsiya raundida Uzum’ning mavjud investorlaridan VR Capital, Tencent va FinSight Ventures ham ishtirok etdi. Kompaniyaning yangi baholash qiymati 2,3 milliard dollar darajasida qayd etildi.

Uzum raises over $130 million in strategic investment round
One of Uzbekistan’s largest technology ecosystems, Uzum, has announced that it raised more than $130 million from Omani sovereign investment structures as part of a strategic investment round.
As a result, Oman Investment Authority joined the company’s list of investors. The round also included Uzum’s existing investors — VR Capital, Tencent, and FinSight Ventures. Following the round, the company’s valuation reached $2.3 billion.
The attracted funds are planned to be directed toward the development of e-commerce, digital banking, and payment services.
