Oʻzbekistonda startaplar uchun yangi milliy qoʻllab-quvvatlash tizimi yoʻlga qoʻyilmoqda — gʻoyadan boshlab xalqaro bozorgacha.
O‘zbekiston Prezidentining 11-fevraldagi PQ–59-son qarori qabul qilindi. Bu orqali startapning dastlabki g‘oyalardan xalqaro maydonga qadar bo‘lgan yo‘lini yanada tushunarli va oldindan aytib berish mumkin bo‘lgan tizimli tizim joriy etiladi.
Ushbu qaror tadbirkorlar uchun yordam olishni va rivojlanish yo‘llarini tushunishni osonlashtiradi. Shuningdek, startaplarni mahalliy va xalqaro miqyosda yaratish va rivojlantirish imkoniyatlarini oshiradi.

On February 11, Presidential Decree No. PP–59 was signed, introducing a structured system that makes the startup journey clearer and more predictable — from early-stage ideas to international expansion.
For founders, this means easier access to support, clearer growth pathways, and stronger opportunities to build, launch, and scale startups both locally and globally.
By 2030, Uzbekistan aims to reach:
• 5,000 startups
• $2 billion in venture investment
• 20,000 new jobs
• hundreds of startups entering international markets
This is a major step toward building a stronger and more founder-friendly ecosystem in Uzbekistan.

On February 12, the next Startup Advice session was organized for startup founders.
A total of 11 founders participated in the session, of which 7 were selected as the main focus group. With them, 3 offline and 8 online meetings were conducted.
💬 Key topics discussed:
– Idea validation and testing the viability of the business model;
– Market and target audience analysis;
– Preparation for fundraising;
– Improvement of pitch materials.
Additionally, due to the need for deeper work on certain projects, 4 extra follow-up discussions were held.
Startup Advice sessions are held regularly every Thursday.
The next session will take place on February 19 from 15:00 to 18:00.
