🇺🇿 On October 14, the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, signed the Decree PD-357
🇺🇿 The decree adopted the “Digital Startups Program”, aimed at providing comprehensive support for startup projects within the digital technologies sector. This is a pivotal step in reinforcing Uzbekistan’s position as a new startup hub in the region. The program establishes the necessary conditions for the growth of innovative enterprises, thereby advancing the country’s digital ecosystem and attracting new investments.
🌏 In accordance with the decree, a “Roadmap” for the development of the startup ecosystem for 2024-2026 has been adopted, including mechanisms to support and promote startup growth within the country, the establishment of a venture fund under IT Park Uzbekistan, the formation of a regulatory sandbox for startups, and the creation of a Coordination Council to oversee the development of the startup ecosystem.

🇺🇿 O‘zbekiston Prezidenti Shavkat Mirziyoyev 2024-yil 14-oktyabrda PF-357-sonli Qarorni imzoladi
🇺🇿 Ushbu Qaror bilan “Raqamli startaplar dasturi” tasdiqlandi. Mazkur dastur raqamli texnologiyalar sohasidagi startap loyihalarni har tomonlama qo‘llab-quvvatlashga qaratilgan. Bu O‘zbekistonning mintaqadagi yangi startap markaziga aylanish yo‘lidagi muhim qadamdir. Dastur mamlakatning raqamli ekotizimini rivojlantirish va yangi sarmoyalarni jalb etish orqali innovatsion kompaniyalarning o‘sishi qulay uchun sharoit yaratadi.
🌏 Qarorga muvofiq, 2024-2026-yillarda startap loyihalari ekotizimini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha “Yo‘l xaritasi” tasdiqlandi. Unda mamlakat startaplarini qo‘llab-quvvatlash va rivojlantirishga ko‘maklashish mexanizmlari, IT Park Uzbekistan huzurida venchur fondini tashkil etish, startaplar uchun “tartibga solish qumdoni” yaratish, startap ekotizimini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha Muvofiqlashtiruvchi kengashni tuzish ko‘zda tutilgan.
