I have reversed dtbo and inlined it into dtb. Starting from this e+ version, dtbo partition is not used any more.
To users: just flash new zip and check for any bugs
To maintainers: you can remove dtbo flags from device tree once the new source is out
To anyone who is interested: you can verify if dtbo is really unused by erasing this partition

We won't push Dtbo in our kernels for veux and the changes will be done in device tree side too
