I have reversed dtbo and inlined it into dtb. Starting from this e+ version, dtbo partition is not used any more.
To users: just flash new zip and check for any bugs
To maintainers: you can remove dtbo flags from device tree once the new source is out
To anyone who is interested: you can verify if dtbo is really unused by erasing this partition
