This account details part of why so many groups of settlers chose to move to the "New World."
In our history books, "religious persecution" is cited. This is the cover story we grew up believing - because history is written by the victors.
This historical account tells a much different story - a story where settlers were forced to leave their homes to protect their families from infant abductions and child sacrifices. People with no means or recourse fled to Wales and America.
