If this is a true account and not some Babylon Bee headline, this is fascinating. In focus levels 24-26, the Belief System Territories, we see what we expect to see. She may have expected that this is what "heaven," to her, would be like, and so this may have been what she saw. (If it is some Babylon Bee thing, it doesn't change that this is one of our best understandings of the science of consciousness and how we apply it.
