To whom it may concern,
I went to drop my daughter at school on 3/10/2021, as I have done many times previously. The school nurse assaulted me - physically touched me - for not wearing a mask. I stepped away from her and walked off but came back and reacted with a mocking “sneezing gestures.” I stress, this did not take place inside the school, but on the sidewalk, a public space.
In short, a letter was immediately emailed to me and my husband whom I am engaged in a bitter divorce with, as well as the attorneys for both parties. This letter stated that I was no longer permitted to drop off or pick up her MY daughter!!!
My husbands attorney had worked at the lawfirm who represented the school for most of her career, so the letter came out within hours. I didn’t pick up my child again from school since. It’s been more 12 months now and currently have to pay about $1,300 a week to see my daughter for meager eight hours for almost six months now.
My husband quickly used this for an emergency hearing where the judge berated me and awarded full custody to Him a day before Abby’s sixth birthday. My counsel has since dropped my case.
I just canceled my incoming visits with my daughter because I can no longer afford paying for them.
I repeat I’m am an immigrant, Physician, not a criminal. Yet the fake family courts treat me like one.
