Remember when talking with normies about the truth of the situation, avoid going all the way into the rabbithole. Meet people where they are at, ask questions rather than making declarative statements and never get overly emotional about the information.
Massive turn off. The goal is to turn their brain on!

Ripping the bandaid off shocks them and they put up a resistance.

Taking too long to peel back the layers frustrates them when they "have to learn the same thing over again the right way 80 times" and they say things like "I thought I was done learning this" and they don't realize life is an ongoing learning, unlearning, relearning process, especially when we have all been lied to so much that most of us who THINK we NOW know which way is up STILL don't.

So I find it amusing when we think we know so much in comparison to them when in comparison to what the actual truth is (and often, by nature of not coming back to first principle thinking) we still know just about nothing.

Think about how many times you've come back around to the same topic with a much better understanding than the first time - over and over and over again - and think about how you could ever impart that kind of deep understanding on hello or how leading them through all of the dips and turns would keep them from learning how to think it through on their own.

And then think about concepts that do come back to first principles and how we shoot ourselves in the foot by not guiding normies to the answers sooner because we are then leaving them open to being lied to about the same exact thing over again dressed up in a different suit.

This is complex. There's no right way to do it. We have hundreds upon thousands of years of lies to unravel. It's a huge, daunting task.

Just do your best, guys. It's all you can do.
