Highly disturbing. In this video, Max Igan discusses what seems to be the same irradiation/neuronal control effect that the guys at La Quinta Columna have been reporting.
Igan states that these people appear to be seeing something the rest of us cannot see.
They spin around, tracking the apparition, seemingly terrified, and then they collapse.
What I see when I watch this: Perhaps some kind of mind control testing gone horribly wrong (or right, depending upon your sick POV) or likely a glitch in the IoB hardware initiated by the shots.
It also oddly reminds me of the Sims glitch people have where their Sim won't stop spinning or it walks into something until it dies.
