⭕️ There are only 3 causes of disease:
1. Deficiency (of sun, clean air, good nutrition, clean water, physical activity, quality sleep, love & nature)
2. Toxicity (from poisoned food and water, environmental toxicity, processed & refined food, heavy metals, drugs, artificial electromagnetic frequencies etc)
3. Trauma (physical or emotional)
NOT VIRUSES.
There aren't thousands of different diseases, there is only one, it's called allostasis. Allostasis is the body in an active state of returning to homeostasis.
Disease is the body in a state of healing (returning to homeostasis). Suppressing symptoms is never the answer because the symptoms are the cure.
Not so long ago humanity was generally healthy. It seems as though we have been fooled into thinking that ‘diseases’ are just a normal part of life which we need swallow pills & pay fortunes to medicate.
It is not.
Resist all the poison being thrown at you by this system which profits off your illness, excercise daily, treat your body right.

Cool, then there should be at least a single paper, following the scientific method, which shows a virus isolated, purified, and characterized directly from the fluids of a sick host and then shown to be the cause of illness.
The problem is that no such paper exists in the last 100 years.
ASSUMING viruses exist and that they cause illness is not science. Pointing at a particle on electron
microscopy and saying that it's a virus is not science.
