These are signals being sent through the media to give certain people a heads up and to evoke desired behaviors from the readers it targets.

What do we notice about all of the recommended sites?

All of them are in the GSM unsafe zone, so they are trying to use the cult of public opinion to sway you into migrating in those directions against your best interests.

They are mostly in Europe.

Europe will be controlled, without energy, without food.

There will be riots.

This is literally put forward to show you where THEY WANT people to go first to make it most advantageous for them, to get people stuck there, beholden to the state, dying of lack of heat in the cold and lack of food in a manufactured drought during a "war" which is occupying the country that produces the majority of Europe's agriculture.

Australia's been on lockdown, Canada hasn't been much better, and Japan's entire government just walked the hell out....

Imagine my shock.

All the studies (at least that I’ve seen) claiming to show that eating a plant based diet produces better health outcomes use a traditional, junk-food ridden, industrially farmed meat diet as the control.

This is not a valid comparison.

OF COURSE eating fruits and vegetables is gonna produce better health outcomes when compared to the standard western diet.

What about comparing it to those who eat regenerative, grass fed/grass finished meat with organic fruits and vegetables?
