Sometimes, apps can conflict with operating systems and start acting up—crashing unexpectedly or behaving abnormally.
For these rare cases, there’s a fairly simple fix: resetting the app data. You’ll find instructions for macOS and Windows below 👇

If you use Windows:
Open Start → Run → type APPDATA → press Enter. A folder will open containing three more folders. One of them should contain a folder named starc — delete that folder.
If you use MacOS:
Go to Finder → Go in the top menu bar → Computer → Users → [Username] → Library. If the Library folder is hidden, show hidden files by pressing Command + Shift + . (period). Then go to Application Support → Story Apps → Story Architect and delete all files from that folder.
