There are benefits we all derive like clean streets, rubbish being picked up, some limited recycling, sewerage systems, phone lines and so on. It can’t all be bad! We have to be discerning. Unless we are all prepared to come together and work out a new system for sewage and rubbish collection, we also need to be prepared to acknowledge the parts that are beneficial and the parts that are detrimental.

It is worth considering that the banks falling is a manufactured crisis designed to cripple the current monetary system.

It is worth keeping an eye out for the Government swooping in and 'insuring' everyone's money; providing it back to them on the condition that they access it digitally through a platform that they designed and that they unilaterally control.

It is worth assuming that, in those circumstances, the Government will execute that control, at our expense, and for their gain, and for the gain of their benefactors.

A Central Bank Digital Currency is too open to manipulation and exploitation. We must not consent to such an unfair arrangement as that. We must either defend the use of cash, or opt out of their system completely and create service based and bartering relationships and economies.

As for question "Is Deutsche Bank now in trouble?".

Yes - all institutions reliant on the old systems are indeed in trouble. There's no place for exploitative and coercive control in the new world.

Another win for a family who were denied visitation rights in an Aged Care Facility!

Many of these cases are coming out of W.A, which isn't surprising. Aged care residents must have access to visitors, in particular, family members. We have had huge success in changing policies and procedures to allow for visitation. 👊

It is the most rewarding outcome for our team to bring family members together. Seeing loved ones is in many cases, is what keeps the residents positive and alive so to attempt to remove that right is inexcusable.

Serene was the first lawyer I saw speaking out publicly during the pandemic in early 2020. It was very inspiring.
