Svea: "Throughout my relatively short life so far (Iβm 21), I have been involved in many groups which I consider as being a community! Most recently this was the Stand in the Park group which formed to help likeminded souls chat about their experiences with covid marginalisation and exchange stories and tips for anything to do with gardening, home-schooling, how to avoid mask wearing, what to do in case of discrimination etc. We started with just 5 people in October 2020 but the more closures and discrimination put
in place, the more people started to join and soon we had close to 100 people coming every Sunday! We had a shared view on covid related matters and this is the main reason that brought people to us, however this soon became the hot spot for exchanging skills, experiences and making friends. Tears were shed, hugs were exchanged and most importantly, we supported one another when times got tough. A line dancing club even started through this! For me, community is not necessarily friendship but
the reassurance of having people to fall back on, people to ask advice from and to ask for help when help is needed! Itβs so important as well to share experiences/homegrown food even/skills because this way, we become less reliant on government services! Forming a community is also important for creating spirit, keeping culture alive and spreading love. Communities
are units that work together, and in this way, we are strong!"

Today's story is from Ruby from NSW.
"It takes a village to raise a family and over the years this seems to have been lost. Community to me is coming together to support each other, particularly in times of need. Having a young family has shown me just how important having community is. From meal trains to help with cleaning, from looking after children to running errands for a new mum, from dropping and picking up kids to checking in on parents there is so much to be said for community and supporting each other."

It's kind of crazy that we seem to need organisations like Thrive Global nowadays that provide tips what we should do to build strong relationships with our neighbours in order to build strong communities and maintain i.e. our mental health.
Or this one where the author states "The more time we spend βconnectedβ online, the more disconnected we often are in real life. Today, people can have hundreds of Facebook friends, but few or no actual pals on the street where they live."
But it seems most of us have forgotten how to do this, which is one of the reason why we lost the sense of a community.
When I moved into our street in Perth and wanted to say hello to our neighbours, a friend told me, you don't do this in Australia. But I now know she was very wrong and I did it later anyway. I can only encourage you to do the same. And you might even find these links π helpful .

31 DAYS OF COMMUNITY
Thanks Andra, for sharing your story:
"For many, many months during the terrible threes (2020-2022), I was a part of a Stand in the Park (SITP) community group. I can proudly say that my parents ran the SITP group and that I helped in any way I could. From the the first few 'stands' where we had a very small group, we steadily grew into a large group that comprised of 80 people at the park, and over one-hundred on our Telegram chat. Despite being a little shy, I got to know many like-minded, fascinating people through our weekly Sunday meet-ups. Through SITP and the rallies and other meet-ups, my confidence grew and outshone my shyness.
I was practically thrown into the deep end when 2020 hit, as a lot of us were. The limited perspective that I had of our world was shattered and replaced by the hard truth. I was and am still building this new perspective that I have of our rather messed up world, through community groups such as SITP as well as Stand Up Australia. Getting to know the people in these groups, learning their stories and hearing what they know, I have begun to learn what a true community should look like. A true community learns from each other, helps where it can, and strives to be fair, true and proud. That's what Stand in the Park was to me."

Does anyone know WHO these people are? Please let us know if you can identify them! These Australian representatives may well be about to sign your sovereignty over to the W.H.O. resulting in mandatory vaccinations and lockdowns that the Aussie Government will not have a say in. #AusExit #ExitTheWHO #ausexitswho #StopTheWHO

Good morning, we have a subscription form linked to the website https://australiaexitsthewho.com/ here you will not only receive important updates, but also receive links to a weekly zoom meeting on a Thursday night involving professionals within their field. Last week we had Professor Robyn Cosford who spoke about longevity and developing a healthy lifestyle which does not require a Vax subscription.... This subscription does not fill your mailbox, infact there is only one or two emails sent per week.
