Known case history: Nephrotic syndrome with relapse.

1st short case:
CVS examination
2nd short case:
Respiratory examination.
3rd short case (General Ex) : Napkin area examination

Development assessment: age 1 years (18 months)

Emergency: Status epilepticus.

Spots diagnosis:

X-ray: Thymus gland shadow.
ECG: Heart block.
Growth chart: Short suture.
Instrument: Intraosseous line
