በሀገር አቀፍ ደረጃ የመድኃኒት ቤቶችና መድኃኒት መደብሮች ላይ አስገዳጅ ደረጃ በቅርቡ ሊተገበር መሆኑን የኢትዮጵያ ምግብና መድኃኒት ባለሥልጣን ገለጸ።
የባለሥልጣኑ ዋና ዳይሬክተር ሄራን ገርባ እንዳሉት፤ የመድኃኒት ቤትና መድኃኒት መደብር ላይ ቁጥጥር ለማድረግ ሀገር አቀፍ አስገዳጅ ደረጃ ወጥቷል።
አስገዳጅ ደረጃው መድኃኒት ቤትም ሆነ መድኃኒት መደብር ምን ዓይነት ባለሙያዎች ሊኖሯቸው ይገባል፣ ምን ዓይነት መድኃኒት ይይዛሉ፣ የመድኃኒት ቤቱ ወይም መደብሩ ስፋት የሚለውንና ሌሎች ተያያዥ ጉዳዮችን ያካተተ መሆኑንም ገልጸዋል።
ክልሎች ለመድኃኒት ቤትና መድኃኒት መደብር ፈቃድ የሚሰጡበት መስፈርት የተለያየ መሆኑን አንስተው፤ ወጥነት ያለው ለማድረግ ደረጃው መዘጋጀቱን ተናግረዋል።
ደረጃው መውጣቱን ተከትሎ አሠራሩ እስኪተገበር ድረስ ለአዲስ መድኃኒት ቤትና መድኃኒት መደብር ፈቃድ እንዳይሰጥ መደረጉንም አንስተዋል።

በደረጃው የተቀመጡ መስፈርቶች ላይ መመሪያ ተዘጋጅቶ ለክልል ተቆጣጣሪ አካላት ሥልጠና መሰጠቱን ጠቅሰው፤ ተግባራዊ ለማድረግ ዝግጅት መጠናቀቁን ተናግረዋል።
ደረጃው አዲስ በመሆኑ በወጥነት እንዲተገበር ባለሙያዎችንና ባለድርሻ አካላትን የማሰልጠን ተግባር ይቀጥላል ብለዋል

SPHMMC has a unique Policy of transparency while conducting high-stakes exams. A strong appeal system is a pillar of Transparency. Accordingly, 10 people came to have their exams checked and 8 of them were found to be candidates for the interview and one of them had the highest grade for the exam.
Most of the problems were due
Coloring the wrong code and correction done with the answer key of a different code
While coloring the answers instructions were not followed and the computer marked it wrong but marks were given during checking manually.
Because of the above reasons, in Discussion with all stakeholders, it was decided that an equal opportunity for all NIEMI exam candidates should be given to make the exam fair based on our transparency policy.
Therefore, all answer sheets will be marked manually and
ALL GRADE POSTED IS CANCELLED
THE INTERVIEW IS CANCELLED
AFTER MANUAL CORRECTION IS FINISHED THE CANDIDATES WHO WILL QUALIFY FOR THE INTERVIEW WILL BE POSTED
For all the inconvenience that you may have faced, THE SPHMM exam administration team and stakeholders would like to forward their heartfelt apology. We feel that all of you understand that this is done for the fair treatment of all examinees based on our transparency Policy for any exam administration.

The SPHMMC Institutional review board (IRB)/Institutional Research Ethics Review
Committee (IRERC) has been accredited as Level A (IRERC-016/2024) by the national
research ethics committee at the FDRE Ministry of Education.
Congratulations to the SPHMMC community
This accreditation will be pertinent to enhancing the IRB's capacity to review, monitor, and
document research protocols and undertakings involving humans in the region, the institution
where it is based, or other institutions that do not have their own IRBs and beyond. Similarly,
Level A IRBs shall be capable of safely guarding the rights, autonomy, safety, and welfare of
human research participants.
This accreditation will give the college IRB/IRERC a mandate to review and approve
- All clinical trials involving new drugs, or new combinations of drugs, vaccines, new
therapeutic regimens, and other biological products as well as invasive diagnostic
procedures. For all research that involves investigational products, authorization and
monitoring by EFDA is a requirement before submitting a protocol for review and
approval.
- Multi-center collaborative research, including student theses (MSc, PhD, specialization
studies) that inherently exhibit more than minimal risk, and experimental/clinical trials.
- Research which is funded by companies producing the experimental product.
- Experimental research which is carried out by a national agency or agencies with
international collaboration.
- Review very urgent research projects that are of national interest and priority,
Beyond this, it will let the college IRB serve as a center of experience sharing among local and
international IRBs. The current step will be a base for international registration of Level A IRBs
such that their reviews are accepted by funding agencies.
The research directorate director acknowledges the top management, all IRB members, staffs of
the research directorate, and those who participated in the development of SOPs since 2021,
MOE, and all that contributed to the realization of the accreditation.

ቅዱስ ጳዉሎስ ሆስፒታል ሚሊኒየም ሜዲካል ኮሌጅ የሚሰጣቸዉን ፈተናዎች በተመለከተ እጅግ ልዩ፤ ግልጽ እና ተአማኒነትን የሚከተል የአሰራር መርህ አለዉ፡፡በዚህ መሰረት 10 ተፈታኞች በፈተናዉ ዉጤት ቅሬታ አቅርበዉ 8ቱ የቃል ፈተና ላይ ሊካተቱ ችለዋል፡፡ በአንፃሩ አንድ ተፈታኝ ለቃል ፈተናዉ ያላለፈ ነገር ግን ቅሬታ አቅርቦ በእጅ በሚታረምበት ወቅት ከፍተኛ ዉጤት በማምጣት ወደ ቃል ፈተናዉ ተካቶአል፡፡ በዚህ ምክንያት
አብዛኛዉ ችግር የነበረዉ
1- ተፈታኖች የፈተናዉ ኮድ በምታጠቁሩበት ወቅት የተሳሳተ የኮድ አጠቋቆር ስለነበር፣ ፈተናው የራሱ ባልሆነ ኮድ መታረሙ
2- ተፈታኞች መልሱን በምታጠቁሩበት ወቅት የተሰጣችሁን መመሪያ በደንብ ስላልተተገበረ አንድአንዶቹ ከተሰጠው ቦታ ውጪ በማጥቆር ፣ ሎሎች በደንብ ያልተጠቆሩ ወይም በደንብ ያልጠፉትን ኮምፒውተሩ ሲያነብ የተሳሳተ ሲል ፤ በእጅ ሲታረም ግን ትክክል እንደሆነ በመቆጠሩ
ከላይ በተጠቀሰዉ ችግር ምክንያት ሁላችንም ባለድርሻ አካላት ተወያይተን የሁሉንም ተፈታኝ መብት ለማስጠበቅና የተፈጠሩ ችግሮችን ለማረም ቅሬታ ላቀረቡት ብቻ ሳይሆን ሁሉም የ ’NIEMI ‘ተፈታኞች እኩል መብት ስላላቸዉ ባለን የግልፅነት መርህ ሁሉም የመልስ መስጫ ወረቀቶች በእጅ እንዲታረሙ ተወስኗል፡፡
በዚህም መሰረት ፡
• ሁሉም የተለጠፉት የፈተና ዉጤቶች ተሰርዘዋል፡፡
• የቃል ፈተናዉም ተሰርዟል፡፡
ሁሉም የፈተና ዉጤት በእጅ ከታረመ በኃላ ለቃል ፈተናዉ ብቁ የሆኑትን የስም ዝርዝር በድጋሚ በድህረ ገጽ ይለጠፋል፡፡
ለተፈጠረዉ ችግሮች እና መንገላታት የቅዱስ ጳዉሎስ ሆስፒታል ሚሊኒየም ሜዲካል ኮሌጅ የፈተና ሂደት ኮሚቴ እና አጋር አካላት ልባዊ ይቅርታ እንጠይቃለን፡፡ይህንን ያደረግነዉ ሁላችሁንም ተወዳዳሪዎች (ተፈታኞች) እኩል ለማስተናገድ ባለን የግልጽነት አሰራር መርህ በመሆኑ እንደምትረዱ በመተማመን ነዉ ፡፡
ቅዱስ ጳዉሎስ ሆስፒታል ሚሊኒየም ሜዲካል ኮሌጅ የሚሰጣቸዉን ፈተናዎች በተመለከተ እጅግ ልዩ፤ ግልጽ እና ተአማኒነትን የሚከተል የአሰራር መርህ አለዉ፡፡በዚህ መሰረት 10 ተፈታኞች በፈተናዉ ዉጤት ቅሬታ አቅርበዉ 8ቱ የቃል ፈተና ላይ ሊካተቱ ችለዋል፡፡ በአንፃሩ አንድ ተፈታኝ ለቃል ፈተናዉ ያላለፈ ነገር ግን ቅሬታ አቅርቦ በእጅ በሚታረምበት ወቅት ከፍተኛ ዉጤት በማምጣት ወደ ቃል ፈተናዉ ተካቶአል፡፡ በዚህ ምክንያት
አብዛኛዉ ችግር የነበረዉ
1- ተፈታኖች የፈተናዉ ኮድ በምታጠቁሩበት ወቅት የተሳሳተ የኮድ አጠቋቆር ስለነበር፣ ፈተናው የራሱ ባልሆነ ኮድ መታረሙ
2- ተፈታኞች መልሱን በምታጠቁሩበት ወቅት የተሰጣችሁን መመሪያ በደንብ ስላልተተገበረ አንድአንዶቹ ከተሰጠው ቦታ ውጪ በማጥቆር ፣ ሎሎች በደንብ ያልተጠቆሩ ወይም በደንብ ያልጠፉትን ኮምፒውተሩ ሲያነብ የተሳሳተ ሲል ፤ በእጅ ሲታረም ግን ትክክል እንደሆነ በመቆጠሩ
ከላይ በተጠቀሰዉ ችግር ምክንያት ሁላችንም ባለድርሻ አካላት ተወያይተን የሁሉንም ተፈታኝ መብት ለማስጠበቅና የተፈጠሩ ችግሮችን ለማረም ቅሬታ ላቀረቡት ብቻ ሳይሆን ሁሉም የ ’NIEMI ‘ተፈታኞች እኩል መብት ስላላቸዉ ባለን የግልፅነት መርህ ሁሉም የመልስ መስጫ ወረቀቶች በእጅ እንዲታረሙ ተወስኗል፡፡
በዚህም መሰረት ፡
• ሁሉም የተለጠፉት የፈተና ዉጤቶች ተሰርዘዋል፡፡
• የቃል ፈተናዉም ተሰርዟል፡፡
ሁሉም የፈተና ዉጤት በእጅ ከታረመ በኃላ ለቃል ፈተናዉ ብቁ የሆኑትን የስም ዝርዝር በድጋሚ በድህረ ገጽ ይለጠፋል፡፡
ለተፈጠረዉ ችግሮች እና መንገላታት የቅዱስ ጳዉሎስ ሆስፒታል ሚሊኒየም ሜዲካል ኮሌጅ የፈተና ሂደት ኮሚቴ እና አጋር አካላት ልባዊ ይቅርታ እንጠይቃለን፡፡ይህንን ያደረግነዉ ሁላችሁንም ተወዳዳሪዎች (ተፈታኞች) እኩል ለማስተናገድ ባለን የግልጽነት አሰራር መርህ በመሆኑ እንደምትረዱ በመተማመን ነዉ ፡፡
