Сегодня на меня вышел владелец компании (увидел мой отзыв на Яндекс Картах). Был очень удивлен произошедшей ситуации.

Как выяснилось, некорректно себя повел оператор, принявший мой заказ в работу, за что будет наказан.

Мне вернули деньги в полном объёме.
