Перезагрузка проекта MRIYA
Основные изменения:
- больше не будет поддержки QMK. Основа проекта - дешёвый беспроводной контроллер Supermini;
- более агрессивный стаггер (очень похож на стаггер жиана);
- переделан тамбкластер (все клавиши теперь одноюнитовые, как в жиане);
- дешевый в производстве бампер корпус из смолы;
- два варианта для подключения аккумулятора: напрямую к плате или через jst 1.25 коннектор Molex 532610271;
- несколько вариантов плейтов: дешевые FR4 и CNC из алюминия или карбона. Модели CNC плейтов максимально упрощены с учетом особенностей производства;
- в качестве выключателя питания будет использован движковый переключатель BSI-10H, который отлично себя показал в предыдущем прототипе.
В середине января начну постепенно заказывать комплектующие, ориентировочно в феврале планирую собрать первый прототип. Если останусь доволен результатом, возможно появится LITE версия клавиатуры (на KS-33 свитчах, без поддержки экранов, с аккумуляторами на 200 мАч).

It features 8-ball bearings that secure the stem movement, transitioning from face-to-face to point-to-point contact.

More than 2 years after the release of our nSA low-profile keycaps, and its many imitations have became a thing in the low profile keyboard circle, NuPhy’s first high-profile double-shot PBT keycap set based on similar design rationales is finally ready, and small tweaks are many: a little adjustment to the SA height for more ergonomics, the larger round surface and symmetric design are a nod to the nSA. What is difficult to miss however, even in darkness, are the light emitting homing bars, illuminated by south-facing LEDs they are designed to be just bright enough to help with the guidance without being distractive.

К сожалению, для серьезных проектов данный завод абсолютно не годится. Максимум, что можно доверить - первые прототипы.
Качество очень нестабильное. Это мой третий заказ 3д-печати на этом заводе, и все три заказа были с косяками. Попробую написать им на почту, посмотрим, как отреагируют на эти фотографии.
В следующий раз постараюсь сделать заказ на jlcpcb через посредника. Сравним сроки доставки и качество.
Из положительных моментов - мне понравился обновленный бампер-корпус (стаггер и некоторые конструктивные решения оправдали ожидания).
