A nRF52840 controller with the Ebyte E73-2G4M08S1C module, TI BQ25186DLHR, and TI TPS7A0233PDBVR

* pro micro form factor with the E73 module;
* consuming <7uA in sleep mode; 600-300uA in normal mode;
* BQ25186 for charging, configurable charging profile in DTS, and got charging status shown on Apple's OS;
* TPS7A02 for ext powering LDO, would switch to other SOT-25 LDO if want higher current output;
* alternative LED pad on backside (for mount reversed)
